Karen Young | Real Deal: Demo & Duplex Build
First-time developers… this one’s for you!

In the past we’ve seen Kaz present some very profitable renovations and this time she is completing her first development!

Just down the road at Warana you’ll see Kaz’s high-end duplex build is almost complete and we’ll get a first glimpse at her projected profit.

This also has a joint venture component so you’ll see how Kaz creatively funded this project to get it over the line.
