    Zoning

    Rural Composite

Can anyone tell me how many dwellings I can place on this zoning?

What is the likelihood of being able to re-zone this to a R20?

What would be the process in Western Australia?

I read about applying for a re-zone with a 5% rule for already R zoned property. I hope Rural Composite doesn’t work this way.

    Thank you.

    Hi Tazzzman,

I’m not sure if you stumbled over an article written by one of Steve’s former right-hand men (Jason Staggers), but it appears to be a useful guide to WA zoning, including a link to the Govt website where you can read more.  Here’s the article by Jason – hope it helps:-
