Hello, I am looking at a company title property as part of an art deco complex in NSW and wanted to know if recently there have been any changes to lenders that will work with this type of title? Is there a list of lenders available please
Are there any tips and tricks that Buyers should be aware of when purchasing into one of these titles
harder to finance means harder to sell generally.
