house and land package

Hola, this is my first post here.

Just wondering if Builders offering house and land packages are increasing their prices due to the hardships faced by construction companies atm or are their prices dropping inline with the property markets.

I would assume their advertised prices for these packages are decreasing as Id imagine their overall sales have declined due to interest rate rises.

And while it might be a good time to purchase an existing home and taking advantage of decreased property prices, is it a good time to build a new home ???
