    Hi all,

We all know where the real estate market is going. I want to know your thoughts on co-investing in property with others. What are the challenges we may face?

What Terry stated above are some possible scenarios/ outcomes.

Do some reading on the difference between purchasing as ‘tenants in common’ v ‘joint tenants’.

Invest in some quality legal advice.
