Hi guys,
i am looking for a buyers agent who can help me find an off market development site.
that is, i want to tell them my goal (buy a site and build 2/3 townhouses in a certain area) and have them find me appropriate sites at discount.
I am looking for someone who understands build costs, implications of each site and associated costs for negative aspects, council behaviours, planning probability (and how much it could be pushed in each council), feasibilities, planning schemes. Is there anyone someone can recommend for smaller sites?
Also, how much do buyers agents usually charge? Can the fee structure be agreed on a success basis?
What area/s are you looking in as this will determine a local BA to recommend?

I am selling a waterfront site for 3 x 3 storey townhouses at Paradise Point on the GC as i have too many other projects closer to hand.
