My father took out a mortgage last year with RIO mortgage brokers. It was a very difficult decision for him, as he will soon be 65 and his retirement age will limit his regular income. Fortunately, the broker’s offer helped him analyze the whole situation and roughly calculate his monthly payments. I don’t think this is actually happening but I can say that the eviction moratorium is making life difficult as a landlord.
