Wanting to start a Unit complex close to Burpengary BC on Station road. We have 1577m2 with a 20m frontage. It looks like 9 units up to 3 storeys with a takeaway premise at the front.
We are wanting to know what figures we are looking at for Moreton bay Regional Council requirements, and the complete building cost for such a project. If anyone has had a JV off a similar project, we would like to hear your recommendations.
