Share your experiences and how can you fix it?
And What sites you will check out for searching? Gumtree? Realestate? Domain? Matchhomenow? As far as my experience is concerned, it’s not that difficult to find a house in Australia, until and unless you do enough research and take help from others. Real estate agents know their role well when it comes to assisting buyers or sellers of the property. So better if you find a good and well-esteemed agent or vendor who would help in settling all the chores related to this.

https://navalaulakh.com.au/how much about the agency fee then?
Well in this world, nothing is free brother. You have to pay some bucks to get the benefit of something. Even the water we drink, we pay for this. Buying property and taking help regarding this is not costly. And remember, once we start getting free things in life, we tend to ignore them or disrespect them.
In order to buy a beautiful, wonderful home for your loved ones, that agency fee will not matter.

https://navalaulakh.com.au/I own 6 properties in Australia. They weren’t hard to find, once I researched and identified the area I used Realestate.com and a local property manager to check out the properties for me. That being said the returns aren’t great in Australia so it is hard to find great investments. I know live and invest in the USA as the cost of living is lower and the returns from property are higher. I focus on the New Orleans market, not that this is the best market, its just where I choose to live and have the easiest time finding deals. I now go direct to the sellers and buy off market houses from distressed home owners. This is where you can get good deals but you need to invest in marketing to find these deals.
