Presettlement inspections for tenanted properties

Hi all,

I’m about to settle a residential property with existing tenants, and in a position where getting to presettlement inspection is proving difficult.

Can the property management agent do this inspection on my behalf? Is this something done where tenants are in place and vacant possesion not an issue?
