He will be sharing his tricks and best tips on how to make your town planning approval as smooth and efficient as possible. How to avoid a DA, what triggers a DA, and some general advice relating to character homes and subdivisions. It’s all in this one.

Real Deal – Lindsay Federicks

Lindsay Federicks is dedicated to property developing, so much so, that he has flown in to be here with us for this event. What a trooper! Lindsay has renovated over 8 properties in NSW and ACT and brings to us this month, a real hot real deal with Termites. The worse the house the more interested Lindsay is to take it on!
