I know this has been asked before in the forums, but just wondering if there is any way to get a construction loan for a relocatable house in 2019. House Mover is Registered Builder. I have an investment property (financed by Bank) already and would like to add on at the back of the block with another house.This is in Vic. Any assistance appreciated.
