    hi there

    i’m trying to find the historical prices of residential property, in a suburb that i’d like to invest in. However i’m stuck. The websites which i’ve found only go back 2013, or just a couple of years. Already paid $54 dollars for what turned out to be a useless website ‘property value’.

    So if anyone can suggest a reliable data supplier, i’m forever in your debt.

    Old issues of Australian Property Investors come to mind.

    Real estate agents in that suburb might be able to provide such data as well.

    How far at the past are you interested in?
