Looking into investment property number 2. My current investment property is located in Coomera on the Gold Coast. Have held this property for 2 years and now have equity + cash to move to the second. Looking at another new build for tax purposes. Budget 450-500k. Hate to put all eggs in 1 basket but it is really hard to look past a similar area as i feel there is still growth to be had. Any advice on other locations around Brisbane/Ipswich that may be worth a look?? Thanks in advance.

There are many areas in both Cities i would suggest you look at but depends on both price point and what you are after.
I only ever buy something that i can add value to some way or another to allow me move forward for the next deal.
