    Hello everyone, I’m new to the forum but seasoned in investing.

    I’m seeking a Money Partner to front capital, in profitable Australia real estate deals, primarily in VIC.

    I specialize in acquiring positively-geared, below valuation properties. We’ll be partnering for an equity split in the deal.

    Also, I’m looking to connect with Cash Investors seeking investment properties at 30-60% ARV.
