We are looking for a small number of JV money partners to be a part of property deals in the Northern and Western Suburbs of Melbourne and Northern/Western regional Victoria.
There are a number of property and development deals that we are working on in the pipeline. They are mainly chunk deals with project times ranging from 6 months to 24 months. The following are the type of deals we are working on:
1) Buy and Renovate Existing Dwelling
2) Buy, Renovate Existing Dwelling, Subdivide and Build 1 New Townhouse
3) Buy, Remove Existing Dwelling, Subdivide and Build 2 New Townhouses (Duplex)
4) Buy, Remove Existing Dwelling, Subdivide and Build 3-7 New TownhousesBoth JV working partners (Tino Maugeri and Don Le) are classified as 1 single party.
JV Worker Party 1 is Tino Maugeri, I have completed the PDS – Property Development Blueprint Program with Jason Byron and Amy Tang, Ultimate Real Estate Success Coaching Program with Dymphna Boholt and Property Apprenticeship with Steve McKnight. I have more than 25 years’ experience in management roles with 11 of those years being on building sites.
JV Worker Party 2 is Don Le, and he has completed the following programs which include 2017 Platinum Coaching Program with Dymphna Boholt, 2016 Ultimate Real Estate Success Coaching Program with Dymphna Boholt and PDS – Property Development Blueprint Program with Jason Byron and Amy Tang. He also has over 10 years working experience as an Architect/Project Manager in Melbourne, specialising in multi-residential projects. He also has experience leading projects from a range of different scales, involving 4 high-end townhouses in Malvern East up to 74 townhouses in Alphington.
