Byron Shire – Property Investors Networking Meeting – Tuesday May 15

Come to meet, discuss, exchange and share experience and knowledge with fellow Property Investors while benefiting from the varying skills of each other. So much fun to be had! No hard sales guaranteed.

Three key speakers in this meeting:

1 – “The Big Picture” (macro/wide-angle stuff):

Directly from his French adventure, Matt Jones from the Property Resource Shop will share his views on what makes a successful investor.

Matt will share tips and tricks from his own experience that will surely help you no matter where you are on your journey. Just a couple of stand out points:

* Finding out what 95% of investors fail to do
* The #1 resource you should ALWAYS have access to

And a stack more gold nuggets in this 20 minute presentation.

2 – “The Real Deal” (details of a project done by the speaker):

Desiree Levingston is a contrarian investor. When most zig, she zags! Desiree will share with us insights from a property she renovated in her own special style.

3 – “Down to Earth” (a property related professional, such as accountant, conveyancer, builder, pest inspector etc, giving tips and info from their end):

Adrianna Jenkins from ‘First National Murwillumbah’ will share with us tips and info to help investors achieve better results (both as buyers and vendors!)

Following the speakers’ presentations, we will have a MasterMind Group Session! Tap into the collective knowledge of the group. All questions welcomed, discuss any property topic. Enjoy the synergy of the group!
