After a good while, I finally have council approval to develop 4 townhouses in the east side of Melbourne. Phew that process of getting the approval was harder than I thought possible. And it took its sweet time too! Anyway it’s done now so I move to the next stage. Building :)
I need some recommendations on some developers you’ve had awesome experiences with, who are well priced and won’t delay the project unnecessarily. I have heard some horror stories about developers so doing some homework to avoid any potential pitfalls. Therefore I thought I’d get some recommendations from you good folk here.
Please hit me up with any recommendations, advice, learning from your past projects or any other input you want to share that you think may assist me in this journey. This is the first time i’m building something so everything helps.
