I have just joined this group. I have a couple of residential investments but am looking to expand my horizon into commercial and/or development. I have attended Helen Tarrant’s presentation as well as Dominique Grubisa and have listened a couple of times to James Dawson’s webinars. Can you give me any feedback on these please?

Looks like I’ve come to this thread late, but have recently seen the James Dawson Comm prop webinar and attended Helen’s intro night and both sounded very good.
I’d love to get feedback from anyone who has done or is doing either course/training.
