My almost new apartment has been vacant since August. I know the vacancy rates in Perth are high at the moment but I havent been happy with my agent for a while – ive gone with one of the commercial agents (century 21). I would love to find a small family business who specialises in this field. Its hard for me at the moment as I live in melbourne but will be back in perth over the xmas break.
