We are seeking expressions of interest from investors looking to invest in the child care sector.
Our focus is on developing new early learning centres, purchasing existing freeholds and in some case’s both the business and freehold.
This investment will be suited to investors with funds ready available due to the low LVR on child care centres average 65-70 % on the freehold.
This is a long term investment by purchasing and developing child care centres in great locations with long leases in place. We won’t be in a hurry to sell any of our investments.
The structure would be a unit trust for each property, each investor would receive a percentage of the rent or profit on the capital gain equal to the amount of units owned.
Our company currently owns and operates a child care centre and has another currently in development.
Please note we are not selling anything.
We are trying to gauge if there is an interest from other property investors in the child care sector.
