Tweed Shire – property Investors Networking Meeting – Tuesday Nov 21

Come to meet, discuss, exchange and share experience and knowledge with fellow Property Investors while benefiting from the varying skills of each other. So much fun to be had! No hard sales guaranteed.

Three key speakers in this meeting:

1 – “The Big Picture” (macro/wide-angle stuff):

Deyel Fallows from Fair Trading will share with us her info and insights into common tenancy issues and how to avoid/resolve them.

2 – “The Real Deal” (details of a project done by the speaker):

Zac Lee will share with us the importance of buying the right property, in the right location at the right time. Buy, rent, add value, refinance, hold.

3 – “Down to Earth” (a property related professional, such as accountant, conveyancer, builder, pest inspector etc, giving tips and info from their end):

Dennis Howard is an on-site Property Manager that will share with us more from his world, what he does and what to look for when buying into managed units.
