    Hi,

    I own a half acre property in Teesdale, Vic.
    It is the normal portable weatherboard with steel stumps etc that are very common around here.

    So basically we want just 2 extra bedrooms built/pre-made(?)

    A local builder quoted $50-$60k for the 2 bedrooms.

    It was built by Bond Homes (Could they send a pre-built extention?)

    Any advice greatly appreciated!

    P.S Would also like opinions on investment in Bannockburn and surrounds area.

    My suggestion would be to source at least 2 more quotes before making a decision 😉
