I was wondering whether I should invest in Melbourne or Canberra at the moment. I live in Canberra so I can find the property by myself but if I were to invest in Melbourne, it will be harder without the buyer’s agent help. I also understand that Melbourne prices have moved quite a lot recently so wondering it is still good to invest there? Not sure whether Melbourne is in a hot property cycle or not.
Any advice would be appreciated. Cheers!Melbourne is going nuts – it’s performed strongly of late.
Canberra is doing well too – but I suspect there’s still a bit of growth left in the current cycle.
It’s a tough question!
