1 – “The Big Picture” (macro/wide-angle stuff):

Thomas Keily, a former RBA (Reserve Bank of Australia) economist with close to 20 years experience in the economic discipline, will provide his analysis on the property market.

2 – “The Real Deal” (details of a project done by the speaker):

John Buckroyd is a professional Property Investor and he will share with us (with photos, lessons learned and yes, ALL the figures) a recent property purchase he completed. Buy, Reno, Sell! So much fun!

3 – “Down to Earth” (a property related professional, such as accountant, conveyancer, builder, pest inspector etc, giving tips and info from their end):

Michael Murray, from Byron Property Search, is a professional property Buyers Agent based in Byron Bay and operating between Ballina and Tweed Heads. In this presentation, Michael will walk through techniques and skills required to researching and negotiating property.
