I have a 3 year old relocatable home in excellent condition for sale in Brisbane if anyone is interested.
It would rent out for $150 a week easy if you have room on your property.Do the sums, borrow $45k at say 5% on existing house = $2250 a year
Rent at $150 a week = $7800 a year
