All Topics / Help Needed! / The Property Mentors Australia
Hi,
I’ve been having quite a few conversations with a company called ‘The Property Mentors’ (https://www.thepropertymentors.com.au/). I’ve found only one other post on here (https://www.propertyinvesting.com/topic/5018602-the-property-mentors-australia/), the result of that post being they didn’t go ahead with them.
They have a Youtube channel which is where I was referred to when I initially made contact with them (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCXfRU8LW7ts2cWrkL_AloIw). They specifically referred me to a couple of strategies they employ, one being ‘Double your Deposit’ (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dB8xu0HEQqg) and another being ‘Become the Lender’ (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HFRMDhXWVjI).
As mentioned in the other post, in order to get access to their ‘deals’, you must become a member. I am attending a preview night in early March to get some more information. They also run ‘master classes’ which are free for members. I have paid for a property masterclass (http://www.thepropertymentors.com.au/event/the-property-mentors-masterclass-sat-25th-sun-26th-march-2017/), as I felt that it wasn’t the end of the world if the masterclass turned out to be a dud as I’d only be out of pocket $300.
They have also referred me to another group called Innovative Wealth Solutions (http://iwsonline.com.au/). I have also had an initial meeting with them. They seem to push SMSF’s and obviously have a connection with the property mentors.
After viewing a these two videos and others on their youtube page, I must say they looked good. I am quite skeptical by nature and tend to do a lot of research before I jump into anything (maybe too much!). I don’t want to write these guys off based on one other post on these forums, but it has definitely put some doubt into my mind.
Has anyone else had experience with these guys? Are the youtube videos I posted to good to be true?
Any advice appreciated!
Bump. I too am interested in other people’s experiences.
