Doing a small subdivision in Brisbane. The builder is way behind and is claiming 15.1 (h) of the standard building contract- ie out of his control. I am looking for lawyer who can get me a good outcome, any help appreciated. I am in Sydney so doens’t need to be a Brisbane lawyer.
