    I want to order depreciation schedule for my IP and have been doing my homework comparing a few providers.

    BMT charged $750, but Washington brown charged $650. The price different is $100.

    Anyone deal with Washington Brown before? Do they deliver what they promise?

    Or anyone have any other good and competitive providers to recommend?

    Hi Bella,
    Add “Depreciator” into the mix too. Last I heard, their schedules cost $550, but that was a few years back so do check their current pricing. I have used them and was delighted several times. I also see other investors I know adding their kudos too, so my recommendation is not alone….
