    I own an apartment in a holiday let complex wich I have had for 9 years . I have now sold the apartment but the letting agent says I have to give them 90 days notice?The appointment was a PAMDA 20 .I know the PAMDA act has now been superceeded by the POA. Can anyone assist with some ammo?
