    Can anyone recommends me some good sourcing agent that you know or using at the moment that base around Brisbane, ipswich or logan area

    We cover the 3 areas you are referring to.

    Certainly a lot of demand for these suburbs given the slightly higher yields and lower entry price.

    We have a lot of clients using Karen Young’s Property Zest buyers agency. Andrew Allen is also always popular – however this popularity in many cases means he may not be taking on clients.
