    Hi There

    Was just wondering your thoughts on Craigieburn for a first IP location. I am just starting out in the property market and as much as i would like to buy in Sydney i have been outpriced atm.

    Craigieburn seems close enough to the city by train and rental demand is pretty high.

    Any thoughts?
