Does this apply to Australian citizens overseas (heck does it apply to QLD residents….) they just say Foreign buyers and don’t specify if they mean foreign citizens, foreigners nationally or even state based foreigners?
What about foreigners with Australian visa’s…….
Anyone have a clearer understanding?

Yes NSW were not alone both QLD & VIC tinkered with there FIRB duties.
Covers anyone who requires Foreign Investment Board Review to be able to purchase.
