Sub division at Ipswich

Hi all

I just bought a property at Ipswich, QLD, land size is 1140. Have verbally spoken to council, and they said it’s sub dividable.
This is the first time I am trying to do sub division.
I have already done the geo-technical report, all good.
Just a few questions i would like to ask:
– how much does it usually cost to sub divide with Ipswich council?
– what is the time frame for sub division?
– how much does it usually cost for a town planner ? surveyor ? and civil engineer ?
