    I have a block of 4 units in Brisbane needing a facelift, inside and out.

    The block is zoned high density and I will demolish and develop within 10 years. To avoid over capitalizing, the renovation will need to be cheap/affordable (or in other words, temporary).
    Note that at the moment I don’t consider the units to be habitable.

    Can you please recommend several reputable renovation project management companies (I don’t live in Brisbane).
