    Hi All,

    Looking for a little advice on a house we own in Roma, QLD. Built it a few years ago for mid $400k, now worth maybe high $300ks. Rent decreasing each renewal. Seems to be an incredibly slow market to sell in. My question is, does anyone have any information on the outlook for this area?
