    Hi everyone,

I’m not sure where to post this, so i’ll just put it here. I have a neighbor whose big tree is leaning on our shared wooden fence, I’m concerned it will knock over the fence to my side. The tree just needs a trim to keep it standing straight, for some reason it has grown big branches toward my house hence making the trunk lean. I guess the logical thing to do would be to speak to the neighbor, however the neighbor is a block of units, so the question is how do I get in touch with their strata management?

    Kind regards,
    PropertySeeker

Why not just ask one of the residents of the units.
If they are an owner-occupier they will be able to tell you who the strata manager is.
If they are a tenant then just ask who the property manager is and they will be able to give you the strata managers details.
Then simply write a letter to the strata manager.

Why not cut off the overhanging branches

Do both. Cut the branches over your property and speak to a resident.
