    Hi, i’ve formed LLC over the internet aug2015 in hoping to invest in US.
    There is no activity in the company. I’ve having 2nd thought and investing in US.
    Can someone please advise if I need to go through proper procedure to dissolve?
    What would happened if I jsut leave as it is and cancel my US mailing address etc.

    Any advice will be aprreciated.

    Seek legal advice and yes you will need to deregister. Not expensive.

    Just wondering why the 2nd thoughts ?
    You obviously thought it was a good idea, what changed ?

    All you need to do is not pay the annual fee. It will eventually become inactive without any hassle on your part.
