3 storey multi unit dwelling Builders

Hi all

I have started my first Project of building a multi unit dwelling of 5 units in Brisbane and have already got DA approval from Brisbane City Council. I’m in a process of getting building Permit.

If everything goes fine I’m planning to start construction from mid of this year. I’m in a steep learning curve and I think selecting Builder is the key for the success of the project. Could any one advise how to select a cheapest and experience builder. Thank you
