Brisbane Property Group meeting – Thursday, 28th January

Welcome to our first Brisbane Property Group meeting for 2016! It’s happening on Thursday, 28th January.

** For this month only, we will be holding the meeting on a Thursday night due to long Australia Day weekend **

Now is a great time to plan your investing goals for the year ahead, and meet like minded people to share the journey with.

For those of you who are new to the group, we are a friendly, supportive bunch and everyone is welcome to attend. We have everyone from those who are nervously excited about entering the realm of property investing, and others who have been investing successfully for many years; and of course, every level in between.

Nhan is one of those guys that is out there taking big steps in the property world. On top of running is mentoring program, Nhan has been implementing some very profitable strategies in the current market.

Those that are in the room will get to experience Nhan first-hand and hear him share on how to find cracker deals on the coast – not to be missed!!

REAL DEAL # 1

Jason & Amanda Eaton have recently completed a huge project – a 30+ townhouse development that has been 4 years in the making. As you can imagine, there is lots of detail in this one, and with that comes lots of learnings. This is not your average project!

REAL DEAL # 2

You may have seen Paul & Lucy Simpson presenting a Real Deal last year, or helping out at our meetings… this couple have grown and grown, committed to building their team, and meeting new people every month they can attend.

This time, they’ll be presenting their latest reno project in Kirwan – as always, expect to see all the juicy details, numbers, challenges and more as they share the journey with us.

Another one that you must be in the room to see!

Payment: The cost to attend this event is $27.50 if paid online, or $33 at the door. We have had members coming for years, and still saying it’s the best value event they have been to.

We will have some special prizes on the night for those that are in the room, and some other great surprises that you will just have to be in the room to see!
