Places to invest in nsw

HI All,

I’m just at the beginnings of starting my portfolio. Having read steve’s book I was enlightened and excited at the thought of investing in property. The searching for property is easy enough with the search engines but the numerous suburbs and tows in new which one would be the best one.

My initial thought was Lithgow just purely on housing prices and rental return. If anyone can provide additional advice about where to invest thathe would be great.
