Welcome to our final meeting of 2015 for the Brisbane Property Group – it’s happening on Tuesday, 8th December!

To round out 2015, we have a special Christmas event planned – it’s our highly anticipated “Panel of Property Experts” whereby 8 specialists in their field will be on stage answering all of your questions!

It’s a Q&A session where you get to drill the experts on all things property. It’s all about the ‘team’ and knowledge you have around you, and this is a rare opportunity that only comes along once a year.

Between them they have a phenomenal amount of knowledge using SMSF’s and are fully qualified to advise on this topic. Russell Sparke

Senior Associate at Redlaw Solicitors. How often have you wanted to ask for legal advice but scared to pick up the phone for fear of being charged by the minute? Matt Punter

Greg Dalla runs A Grade Properties, and has been a full time investor for decades; he knows better than anyone how to assess a property and area to ensure you buy for maximum return. Greg has managed to formulate his own system for assessing deals all over South East Qld and I can tell you that his comprehensive ‘point scoring’ process is phenomenal!

Brendon Ansell

Property development expert and director of Velocity Property Qld. Brendon is also a regular and has brought massive value to everyone in this group. Get your finance and development questions ready and prepare for some creative genius from this sophisticated property investor.

Dave Weston

Dave Weston is an experienced property investor, and runs his own civil engineering firm that works with a whole range of investors doing subdivisions, splitters and multi unit developments. Dave knows how to manage a development site from start to finish and brings massive insight and expertise to the panel.

Shane Hiscock

Property Development expert and director of Shane Hiscock Property, Shane is the person you want on your team when it comes to doing a development. Wanting someone to handle your next project? Want to ask questions around the ins and outs of this type of deal? Shane lives and breathes development, and loves to help others move forward with their investing. For those of you who are new to the group, we are a friendly, supportive bunch and everyone is welcome to attend. We have everyone from those who are nervously excited about entering the realm of property investing, and others who have been investing successfully for many years; and of course, every level in between.
