After having some success in real estate in Japan and Canada I thought I could replicate this just as easily in Australia and sought out high cash flow properties to get started. I bought a 2x2x1 small house in Newman, WA in 2012 (yes I know awful timing, awful purchase) and is now worse then a dud. I have three other properties which have fared better but not by much.
My goal now is to take a big step back and see what I can do to get things right.
Happy to discuss further but wanted to see if anyone else had a rocky start and then managed to right the ship along the way?
