We have to find a structural engineer by tomorrow.
Can anyone recommend one in Melbourne? The house is in inner west.
The building report said everything is good interior but a zig zag crack on the external wall.
The offer is subject to building inspection within 4 days, we have to do tomorrow to meet the deadline.
