Brisbane Property Group Meeting – Tuesday 27th October

Welcome to our October meeting of the Brisbane Property Group – the countdown is on to the end of the year!

This is the perfect time to assess your investing goals for 2015, and revisit where you had hoped to be at this point. Come along to our October meeting and mingle with other investors of all experience levels, be freshly inspired, and ramp up your remaining 2 months of 2015!

THIS MONTHS FIRST GUEST SPEAKER IS…

Russell Sparke, our resident property law specialist will have a 15min session to kick off the night and will be talking about some key do’s and don’ts.

Russ has been a property lawyer for over 20yrs now so you’ll want to hear what he has to share, particularly with some of the latest rules and regulations that affect property investors in the current market

THIS MONTHS REAL DEAL IS…

If you haven’t attended before, this is where a member of the group actually gets up and shares their latest project, complete with numbers, photos and more importantly, mistakes and lessons learned!

I’ve had a look over Adam’s deal, and you’re going to love it! Adam has been a busy boy and has got not one but two renovation projects to share… one on the southside and one on the northside of Brisbane.

Adam is fast becoming an expert at quick flick renovations so make sure you come and have a listen about how he is systemising these deals and financing them as well!

THIS MONTHS SECOND GUEST SPEAKER IS…

We’ll be hearing from Sean Connolly at KC Partnership. Sean is a quantity surveyor that services all over Brisbane and has been assisting many people in the Brisbane Property Networking Group over the years.

Quantity surveying and tax depreciation is not something that is front of mind for most property investors but its incredibly important, particular when you are buying or selling your property

Sean is a really easy going, down to earth bloke that has a mountain of knowledge to help you get more cash in your pocket from your investments through good planning.

Make sure you’re in the room to see how Sean makes it all happen for his clients!
