hey everyone,
i need some helpful information from people who have been in the game for awhile please.
i have a 2 beddy unit 13 k’s from melbourne, i’ve lived in it for just over a year and thinking about going hard early to go for another one.
would it be wise to rent it out and buy an investment now or is the market too hot. im just undecided and dont have much experience any help would be greatly apprciated.
