Paying off commercial property

I have a small factory and would like to pay off through my company.
1. Capital growth at Brendale hasn’t been that great.
2. I know there will be capital gains tax 50%.
3. I am going to stop work in 1 year the rent money paid into company i could draw out as a wage.
4. My concern is there so many vacant properties when it comes vacant it could sit for 1 to 6 months and you have to make repayments back to the bank.

I could get some advise on this would be good
