    Hello Everyone,
I just signed a land and home package contract with Western Sydney Property Group. They also have other business names Bathla Group/ Brothers Property Group/ Universal Property Group. I am actually in cooling off period for the Rooty Hill North (Plumpton) property. They look like a big company and they are building 100s of houses in there. I also have inspected their display homes in Mogowar rd. Girraween and they are excellent. Normally, they look good but while I was doing some internet research, I found many negative reviews and comments about price/ time/ quality/ after sales support etc which have made me restless. All those negative comments are from few years back. I would really appreciate if someone can advise me about their reputation at present. This can be someone who has been delivered a new property or someone who has dealt with them recently. Please help.

    Hi KC,

Do a Search and I am sure you will come across this subject. I know they have been discussed in the past. Here is one thread that mentions one (or all) of those names…..

Just noticed you wanted recent comments – the above thread is 2011 thru 2013 – sorry, this may not be current enough, but try the Search.

Remember the leopard never changes its spots- I see the same with so called developers who find it hard to kick off their root bad habits. Ask them direct- what is this bad press about and “see” what they say.Better to be cautious than to regrat.

Do they work for you the buyer or the developer – always a good starting point.
