I’m relatively new to this forum, so hi everyone!
I have finalised few houses with good land size in premium suburbs of Melbourne. I am planning to subdivide and sell it. I have all figures and report ready but have maxed out my borrowing capacity.
Are there any capital rich but time poor “money partners or investors living in Melbourne who would like to invest in project/property or be part of this project. If you are interested, please send me message and we can work on it.
