I have recently been sent info re investing with Folio Property, a Sydney based development company. Investments of $100000 will return 30%pa over 2 years – sounds too good to be true!! Has anyone dealt with them or heard any stories?
@warwickn unfortunately it was too good to be true and the worst has happened.
if you know anyone who is a creditor of this organisation please ask them to contact me directly at [email protected] there is a pending civil and possible criminal case which defrauded investors can be a part of.
